Requiem’s One Night Film Fest : June 2016
Requiem Fear fest 2017 : September 2017

Filmmakers, join the Requiem Fear Fest on the road as we launch Horror on Wheels! We will be taking a busload of hard core horror fans on an 16 hours road trip and we need awesome indie films to entertain them with. We are currently accepting submissions for short and feature-length horror films to be screened aboard our bus to an enthusiastic (and captive) audience!

The Requiem FearFest aims to be Montreal’s premier horror convention/Festival. Having launched in October of 2016, the Requiem Fear Fest will next be held in September of 2017. But, hell, that’s a ways away, so we are planning single day film festivals to tide over horror fans and creators alike until the main event!

If you’re a filmmaker with a horror film to present, be sure to visit our submission guidelines before sending in your masterpiece!

Excellent festival with a knowledgeable staff who are passionate about genre cinema. Hopefully this fest will get listed on IMDB soon so I can show off the award we won to the entire world of horror fans out there. Highly recommended.

Martin and Steve rock! The fest is full of great films, both shorts and features, in a great city - Montreal! If the fest and location isn't enough for you there is even a small but quite awesome convention held during the weekend, with lots of cool horror items from movies, to posters to toys and even art. They also had some special guests, including the cast of The Evil Dead. It was great to meet other filmmakers, and they drew in quite a few of them! Martin and Steve are fun guys who kept in touch with filmmakers through the whole process and I would definitely not hesitate to submit again! Great festival!
