  • wonderful festival. My Queen Mary of Scots - Last words was nominated for Best Costume and Best Hair and make up, while my documentary "Wake up the psychic in you" was nominated for best editing. I did not win, but had a great time in France and also attended Nice Film Market and Cannes Festival.

  • An excellent festival run by professionals who are very prompt in communication and extremely hospitable. The festival is well managed and we get a chance to see films from all over the world and meet industry professionals. The award ceremony is something to look forward to and the winning trophies are beautiful. One of the best run festivals which I would like to attend again.

  • I felt always very honored to be part of this perfectly organized festival and after having won an award, this has been a dream week! The festival team really cared, were very supportive and competent in every aspect and made you feel comfortable. They offered several industry workshops as well. The screenings were perfectly organized and the award ceremony was such a warm and joyous event which I will keep in memory for ever. This is a festival by true film enthusiasts and I send them my huge thanks!

No film festival is without its hiccups, so when you read negative reviews for them, it’s best to take into consideration the big picture and that sometimes individual experiences can slip through the cracks as the festival staff works tirelessely to pull off a smooth event. Especially for film festivals that aren’t spending millions of dollars like Cannes, Sundance, etc, it’s important to realize that in festivals like these, it’s about a love for film and a desire to bring filmmakers together that works as the glue to keep it all moving forward.

The main crew behind this festival worked hard to make my team feel welcome, and they always had a positive attitude with an eye towards making our experience enjoyable.

My film “Ultra Low” ended up taking home Best Screenplay and Best Film awards at the awards ceremony that closes the festival, which is a professional event filled with passionate filmmakers from all over the world. I was very grateful to be recognized by the festival for my team’s hard work, and was so glad to have the opportunity to connect with so many talented filmmakers afterwards.

Keeping my fingers crossed that I get the opportunity to screen with them in the future.
