Mundo De Sueños Film Festival (MSFF), is organized by (South Texas Underground Film(STUF)(Texas Non-Profit), the Art Center of Corpus Christi(Art Center)(501c3) and The Texas Association of Chicanos in Higher Education The Del Mar Chapter (TACHE).

MSFF celebrates and showcases the work of Latino filmmakers, visual artists and musicians while raising money for college scholarships. The goal of the festival is to help enrich and educate the community of its heritage through an exploration of the arts from the US, Latin America, and Spain.

Mundo De Sueños Film Festival (MSFF) will be in the Fall of 2016 (Exact date TBA) and screen films in the following categories: Feature Film, Documentary, and Short Film.

MSFF is located in Corpus Christi, Texas with the main venue located at the Del Mar College Cultural Art District.

Awards & Prizes

MSFF will present awards (Certificate) to Best Feature, Best Short, Best Documentary, Best Documentary Short, Best Student Film and other awards they see fit (animation, music videos, experimental, etc.).

Rules & Terms

* Films should be Latino Films from the US, Latin America or Spain (or Latino Filmmakers from abroad)
* Student Films are open to all regions but Student Latino Films from the US, Latin America or Spain (or Latino Filmmakers from abroad) are encouraged
*Accepted Formats: Refer to FilmFreeway.com for format options. BluRays will be accepted for Feature Length Films only. DVDs will not be accepted.
*Short Films will be accepted in Digital Format only
*Films submitted must include English Subtitles
*Exhibition copies must be turned in no later than 3 weeks before the festival or we cannot guarantee your film will be screened
*MSFF has a "Right to Screen" clause. By submitting, you are giving Mundo De Sueños Film Festival the right to screen your film if you are selected to Festival, even if you change your mind.
*Works in Progress will be considered, but must be complete and ready for Film Festival.
*Please DO NOT submit your film/media in a jewel case as the cases will break in transit and ruin your disks (please submit disks in paper sleeves and in a bubble wrapped envelope)
*Please DO NOT send disc's with sticker labels. It can stick to the players and/or drives
*Cost of shipping film/media to MSFF is the responsibility of the entrant.
*Exhibition copies must be sent to South Texas Underground Film prepaid.
*Mundo De Sueños Film Festival cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss of materials while in transit.
*Entry fees are non-refundable.
*Fee Waivers and Discounts available. Send request to SuenosFilmFestival@gmail.com.
*MSFF has the right to disqualify films with no refunds if Rules or Requirements are not met.
*Features Films are 45 minutes or longer.
*Short Films are 30 minutes or shorter.
*Student Feature and Short Film category for filmmakers enrolled in school or university (must have documented proof) during Festival Screening.
