Miami VET Fest is a film festival celebrating the achievement of veteran filmmakers and military-themed film productions. The event features an entire day of screenings, including Feature films, Short films, Documentaries, and Web-series. Miami VET Fest was founded by Bryan Thompson, an 11-year Army veteran who applied skills acquired as a Logistics Officer to his entrepreneurial venture, resulting in the highly successful web-series competition, Miami Web Fest. Miami VET Fest is the segment of the festival designed to highlight the work (and stories) of fellow veterans on the silver screen.
Miami VET Fest takes place on Saturday, September 16th at the Flamingo Theater 905 Brickell Bay Dr, Miami, FL 33131.
