This three-day festival will be held at the Historic Turnage Theatre in downtown Washington, North Carolina. Opening September 15th at 7 PM with the winning Best Overall film shown preceded by a meet & greet with some of the judges, film makers & cast. Best of each film category shown on Sunday, September 17, 2017.

This festival will feature professional films by independent producers from across the country and internationally and North Carolina student films. The film festival will include a showcase of East Carolina University student films on Saturday from 7 - 9 PM.
