In partnership with Flatgrafika, the Saskatchewan Filmpool Cooperative presents a call for submissions from members to submit their short films. Members will submit their short films, which will then be chosen by participating printmaking artists to create prints inspired by the films.
Both the prints and films will be on display at the Creative City Centre during a screening night to take place as part of the Flat Graf'ika festival in September.
The submitted films will be curated by local printmaking artists and be used to create an inspired edition of prints that incorporate the history of print as creative advertising for films. A screening of the selected films will be showcased along with a gallery exhibition of the created works at the Creative City Centre.
We will also honor IMAA rates for screening fees.
