The EOD Film Festival only accepts narrative short films. The narrative short films are divided into two categories.

Each category has five genre’s available to submit your film.

The End of Days Film Festival has teamed up with the Best of Film Festival to screen only the best films submitted to the EOD Festival. This means that the End of Days Film Festival will accept a large number of films, but only a select number of films will screen.

The process is as follows:

Judges will review all the films submitted to the End of Days Film Festival. After a thorough review, EOD staff will accept films that meet the End of Days Film Festival standards.*Not all accepted films will screen at the End of Days Film Festival. Filmmakers will be notified of their films acceptance status via Filmfreeway.

Accepted films will then be reviewed and nominated for awards. Filmmakers will be notified by EOD staff of their nomination. Award nomination laurels will be given to all nominated films. Winners will then be chosen and announced. A select number of award winning films will then be chosen to screen at the Best of Film Festival.

Films chosen for screening will be downloaded from FilmFreeway website. They will be screened in the format you uploaded to the FilmFreeway website. If your film is screened, you will have an opportunity to provide EOD with an updated version of the film.

The End of Days Film Festival Organizers may add to or amend these rules at any time without notice.

I think this is a good low price entry film fest for some exposure. Still, a small cash prize would be nice. Nothing extravagant. Communication was good.

While I wasn't able to attend, I found the organisers very helpful and quick to contact me once my film had been accepted.

Looks like this festival was a huge success and Trent was a great Festival Director with his communication and feedback on our film!

Brilliant set up for international entries, they live stream the event (not the films of course) and have a borderline genius way of programming their event so that your awards are always right after your film. We watched it live from Sydney and it was a lot of fun for us!

I engaged through the festival online as I couldn't get across the Atlantic. The festival provided a live stream, an excellent idea. They also awarded us best actor. I think this festival very engaging and worth submitting for. D
