Dreamers International Film Festival is an annual celebrating event, held in Busan, known as the city of Film in Asia. DIFF attempts to reach out talented filmmakers worldwide and introduce them to filmmakers and cinephiles in South Korea.

DIFF is to discover and spotlight an unique perspective and fresh films all around the world.

DIFF is an annual celebrating event for all genre short, documentary, music video, and films with a footage being shot using a drone.

Your film will be viewed by our local audiences and will be judged by a jury of film professionals and a community of cinephiles.

All submitted films are subtitled in English.
By submitting your film, you agree to show your film at Dreamers International Film Festival.
you grant DIFF permission to use excerpts of your film (including trailer and press kit) for promotional purpose.
you grant DIFF permission to exhibit your film during DIFF festival.
you will be notified by an email before or near july 10, 2017 if your film is selected for the competition.
you grant DIFF permission to duplicate your film, should it become an official selection, to another format for festival projection.
DIFF can not be responsible for any damage and loss during shipping and screening.
DIFF can not offer fee waivers.

Terms and Conditions
I, as a right holder, warrant that I own the right to submit my film to the DIFF and obtain all cleareances and licenses, including music, locations, on-camera talent and voice talent.I warrant that my film does not the rights, including copyright, of any third party. I warrant to hold the DIFF harmless for any claim, liabilities, losses and expense involving copyright, trademark, intellectual property or royalty infringement related to my film.
I aknowlege and agree that DIFF has the right to retain the submitted DVD copy or digital film file for archive purposes, it will not be screened publicly without permission.
