The ClexaCon Film Festival accepts films that contain content which center LGBTQ+ women, trans, and non-binary stories.
Entry into the festival constitutes agreement with all festival and ClexaCon guidelines and rules, and implies permission to exhibit work during the festival and to use press kit images and ad copy in festival and ClexaCon advertising. Submission also includes permission for ClexaCon to use clips from submissions in film festival promotional videos.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClexaCon ("Sponsor") from and against any and all liability, loss, cost and expense including, but not limited to, attorney's fees and court costs occasioned by your breach of any of the aforementioned warranties, or for any claim arising out of loss or damage to the work.
