2017 Catoosa County Film Festival is the first year of this festival in the area. There will guest speakers come in from all over who have had years of experience in the film and entertainment industry. We will have judges looking at all genres of movies and soundtracks. There will be awards for each category plus overall awards.
Each submission that is accepted will include a pass for the director plus one. Each additional weekend pass is 25.00.

General Rules

-Entry fee is per category and non-refundable.
-Submission does not guarantee screening.
-All genres of film are accepted.
-Films must be submitted before the end of the deadline that you paid for. For example, if you pay early submission, your film must be submitted and watchable by March 31st
-Online screeners (Vimeo, YouTube, etc) are preferred.
-Electronic submissions only accepted through FilmFreeway marked by the deadline under which you are submitting (for example, if you pay to submit during early submission, you must have your package postmarked and by 11:59pm March 31st).
-Short films must be under 38 minutes 59 seconds not including credits
-Foreign language films must be subtitled or dubbed in English
-Please do not send press kits with your screener. If your film is selected, formatting guidelines, a press kit, and promotional items will be requested
-DVDs will not be returned and must be sent to the submission address by the correct date. CCFF will not be responsible for late submission because films went to the wrong addrress.
-Fee waivers are not available.
-Student submissions must be accompanied by a copy of current student ID or submitted with a .edu email address.
-Films (features or shorts) must be unsolicited material to be considered or it will be put into an exhibition status and shown that way if selected,

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I agree to the terms outlined in the General Rules section of the Catoosa County Film Festival (CCFF). Submission grants CCFF the right to utilize an excerpt from any film (up to 4 minutes) submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. Submitting person or persons shall indemnify and hold harmless CCFF from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
