A unique program designed for filmmakers seeking to invest in their future.
RE: Fee based Filmmaker Program, please read our disclaimer and rules before applying.
World Cinema Initiative Cannes celebrates it's 6th year, as our program takes place during the prestigious Festival de Cannes. The overall goal is to promote compelling films by independent filmmakers seeking international exhibition and to 'World Premiere' their film plus gain exposure during a time when film executives from all over the world are meeting in one place. Our program is designed to exhibit films by motivated filmmakers seeking to garnish international exposure.
Films that are a priority but not limited too are: social justice, environmental, wildlife/conservation, world peace, and family dramas. We also recognize that there are films which are outside these categories which are still masterfully produced and can be included in our program as well.
