The festival was a lot of fun, quite international, interesting people, wide range of film subjects, and the organizers were very welcoming. Having a "key element" that needed to be incorporated in one's film added another layer of creativity to the films. (This year's was "moon".) The theme was carried out in the food served (Moonshine peanut brittle) and earrings worn. Shepherdstown is a unique, charming, artistic, yummy bit of West Virginia. Thank you for inviting me.

I have attended Cut to the Chase Film Festival for the last three years and it has quickly become my favorite film festival in the state. The festival producers, Natoma and Bill, are both passionate about supporting the arts and in making the festival a warm and inviting experience. Looking forward to next year!

A very good festival. Good selection of films curated in a very tight and ambitious way. Though I didn't attend with my film ("20 meters of love in Montmartre"), I met Bill Veldran in Pennsylvania and I can tell he's a great cinephile and very passionate about filmmakers and the C2C festival...
