The BLIFF Selection Committee will choose the films to be screened at this year's festival. The committee will look for innovative works that are by or about the U.S. Latino community, Latin America and Spain. They must have been produced between 2013 and 2017.

All entries will be pre-screened for eligibility by the Selection Committee; however, not all entries will be programmed. If your work is selected, you will be notified no later than August 4, 2017 to send the film in its original format.

Films must be postmarked by the submission deadline date.

All fees are nonrefundable.

To enter your film, please submit each of the following:

1. Completed Submission Form
2. Two (2) copies of your film in one of the accepted formats

Dealing with the festival staff was a pleasure and the screening venue was top quality. A much needed festival in these times where we need to reclaim civil and human rights in America.
