Black Web Fest 2018 is a two-day festival where people from African diaspora unite to discover online shorts, web series, new media, and web industry trends. With the entertainment industry moving to more streaming platforms, there’s a vast amount of influencers, vloggers, and media makers making content for online platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo. The festival connects these creatives and media makers with opportunities to showcase their creative work. During the festival attendees will be able to screen web series and films created by Black media makers. The festival will also feature informative panels with industry professionals, media makers, and actors.

Black Web Fest is a property of CLRED Media, Inc. CLRED Media's mission is to increase diversity in media.

What a great festival experience! From start to finish, I was impressed with the process. The content, speakers and panel discussions were amazing, and there was free food and wine! It was great to network with other artists and creators of color, and the discussion were very informative. I definitely recommend submitting to this festival.
