GENERAL RULES
By aggreeing to the general rules for Asia Centum FilmFest, you acknowledge and warrant that you has read and accept the follwing rules.
1.Non-English entries are subtitled in English.
2.Entries must be submitted on online screeners via FilmFreeway.
3.All entries must have been completed after January 2014.
4.All entries are initially reviewed by a jury. In August, the jury will make a list of semifinalists and on October, submitters will be notified of acceptance of film to be shown at the ACF via E-mail.
5.Films accepted and included in the program cannot be withdrawn from competition once the entry has been submitted to the Festival.
6.Submission of an entry confirms that the ACF has permission to use excerpts of it (including trailer and press kit) for promotional purpose.
7.Submission of an entry confirms that the ACF has permission to exhibit it during ACF festival.
8.Submission of an entry confirms that the ACF has permission to duplicate it, should it become an official selection, to another format for festival projection.
9.ACF can not offer fee waivers.
10.Please do not call or email the office to verify that Centum has received your film.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By agreeing to the terms and conditions for Asia Centum FilmFest, the submitters to Asia Centum Film Festival acknowledges that he or she has read and accept the following rules.
1.It is the sole responsibility of the submitter to obtain clearance from the copyright holders of any copyrighted materials. The submitter holds Asia Centurm FilmFest harmless from any and all claims, litigation or causes of actions related to misappropriation or infringement of copyright or violation of any other right.
2.The ACF has the right to use trailers, still images and information from or relating to the film for promotional purpose.
3.The ACF has the right to disqualify, without refund of submission fees, any entry which is in violation of the guidelines and participation agreement.
4.The ACF has the right to provide contact information of the director and producers to organizations sponsoring the fest at its discretion.
5.The ACF has the right to retain the submitted digital film file for archive purposes. It will not be screened publicly without permission.
6.To qualify for the student Award, the short must have been completed while enrolled in an accredited school.
7.Acceptance of a film does not guarantee airline or hotel accommodations for talent or production crew.
