Federica Foglia is an italian award-winning writer and director. She holds a degree in the History of Art, Theatre, and Cinema from the University of Naples L'Orientale. Her short films Exit/Entrance (15) and Fantassút/Rain on the Borders (16) have screened at film festivals around the world, from Poland to Brazil.
She has recently been awarded wit the RBC Arts Access Fund Award for newcomer artists.
She has been part of several film juries both in North America and in Italy.
Federica Foglia e' una regista e sceneggiatrice italiana. Dopo aver conseguito la laurea in Storia dell'Arte Teatro e Cinema presso l' università l'Orientale di Napoli inizia a lavorare in produzioni internazionali tra Canada ed Italia. I suoi cortometraggi Exit/Entrance (2015) e Fantassút (2016) sono stati proiettati in numerosi festival internazionali, dalla Polonia al Brasile.
E' stata di recente premiata a Toronto con l' RBC Arts Access Fund Award per artisti immigrati.
