ephemeral dead

Have you ever realized how ephemeral life is, one day you open your eyes, breathe and the next day the bells of death ring announcing your last breath, this call that can reach you in minutes or even decades, unforeseen but forceful.
This time the bells ring for me. A shiver runs through me, I feel how everything stops. A big wall that marks the finish line lies a few meters away from me. I start to see worried faces, sad faces, I wish I could tell them that it will be easy, that I'll be fine, but even I don't know what's next. I remember the most important and happy moments of my life as I see a light coming towards me. I feel sad but at the same time it gives me peace to know that I lived, even with the adversities I went through, I was able to be happy.
I embrace the wall, the bells stop, the light surrounds me, as I exhale slowly.
My movement ceases, transformation, absolute peace and everything flows

Director Biography - María Peraza Herrera, Alam Naresh Poot, Valentina Salazar Lizcano

Somos 3 danza es un colectivo escénico independiente formado en octubre del 2020, este con un enfoque humanitario y social, con el objetivo de abordar por medio de los mundos del arte temas que nos competen como sociedad, siendo también un espacio de colaboración para abarcar las posibles realidades de nuestro entorno.
Conformado por artistas en activo, quienes se desenvuelven en la escena de la danza local, cuyo lenguaje principal es la danza contemporánea; desde su formación hasta la fecha han desarrollado proyectos en conjunto que buscan aportar y compartir con la comunidad, como lo son “Más de 3 por una causa” y “Taller de movimiento”, la primera una función para recaudar fondos para una asociación civil y el segundo una serie de clases con el objetivo de llevar a la ciudad de progreso diferentes entrenamientos del movimiento.
Por el lado escénico han creado los proyectos: “Somos todas” con motivo del 8DM, “Ser diverso” que habla sobre lgbtifobia y “UNDA” una miniserie de danza audiovisual que habla sobre personas en tiempos de crisis, la cual sigue en emisión.
