EMMA MCCAGG is a painter who began filmmaking a few years ago. She has made several short films and vignettes which have been shown at the 3rd Ward, Brooklyn, NY, the White Box, NY, NY, and the Salazar Gallery, San Diego, CA. She attended a semester at MNN producer’s program, DCTV classes, joined a film shop co-op, obtained fiscal sponsorship from NYFA. For her first documentary, she received several grants from the JMKAPLAN FUND, and a grant from NYSCA in 2018. Her first film won Best
