Director Statement

Emerson and I wanted to generate an open-ended discussion of what it means to be "public" and "private" in today's society. The notions of privacy and publicity are oftentimes interwoven or even blended when discussing topics such as relationships, political views, and current issues. With this experimental short piece, we wanted to encourage that discussion, leaving the audience to interpret their own ideas and conclusions of just what exactly is being eliminated or illuminated in their perspective.
