Elianel Clinton is a photographer and director based in New Jersey where he was born and raised. Eli received his Bachelor's degree of Fine Arts majoring in Photography and The Digital Image with a minor in History of Art from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2018. His work focuses primarily on the subjects of identity and diversity informed by his own multicultural background. He has collaborated with clients that range from: The New York Times, Converse, Coach, BuzzFeed, The Wall Street Journal, Theophilio and Avant Arte. With that experience, his work has been published in i-D, Teen Vogue, Vogue Italia, and Teeth magazine - while having exhibited his work in shows such as: Converse All-Star Pop-Up solo show, Rockefeller Centers Flag Project in partnership with Aperture, Palm Photo Prize, Save Art Space ``Whistling in The Dark'', Culture Lab LIC Pride Month and Photoville.
As Eli continues building his practice, he works towards reaching other culturally diverse people around the world, pushing gender boundaries and informing the upcoming generations that it's okay to be different.
