As a director and scriptwriter, Bihar starts by joined Satu Layar Production in 2013. Several short film scripts that he has written and been filmed are Perspective (2014), Room (2014), Donnybrook (2015), Strangelife (2015), The Elephant Might Know (2015), 4x2 (2016), and Mulih / Homecoming (2016).
The short film that Bihar write and direct has received some nominations and awards. Strangelife and The Elephant Might Know, has been chosen as official selection at Festival Film Proyeksi, Airlangga University at Surabaya in 2016. Also, Strangelife is awarded as 2nd best horror/thriller at Taman Film Festival Bandung 2016. He also credited as First Assistant Director in Titik Terjauh, which won Best Short Film at GoAhead People Challenge Short Film Competition in 2016.
His latest short film, Mulih, which produced, directed and written by himself, made him nominated as Best Local Filmmaker at Bandung Independent Film Festival in 2016. This year, he’s producing one short titled “Recto Impala”.
