There is a realm of the real, invisible and unmanifest, which is constantly reflected in combinant and changing forms on the surface. Barely reflections woven with the raw material of the unknowable and yet, through them, worlds and visions arise. Each entity that surrounds us appeals to an aspect of our being, incites, whispers and suggests; and whoever listens attentively opens onto a flat, empty terrain, without handholds.

Director Biography - Rafael Xaneiro Caramés

Rafael Xaneiro is an independent and experimental videomaker born in Santiago de Compostela (Spain) in 1969 and since the 90s he has been developing a work that explores the intersection and hybridization between visuals, sound, and poetics, weaving a line of research that deepens the search for an own language through several individual and collective projects. He traveled through USA, Brazil, Mexico and Europe and is currently based in Galicia (Spain).
