Over 20 years a playwright, Ed has won national contests for his plays and has been produced all over the country, with plays published by 3 different publishers in the U.S. and Canada. Ed has also been rewarded for his screen writing efforts winning the Grand Prize from Screenplay Festival in the Action Adventure Category for his first screenplay: "The Future Force" with.his second screenplay: “The Mortality Game” winning a Platinum Remi Award from WorldFest Houston. Ed's short film: “Pubic Enemy/Number Two” was screened at the Bare Bones Film Festival in Muskogee, Oklahoma, the Fort Worth Indie Film Showcase and the Bedford Film Series. Actually all three of his shorts to date: "Pubic Enemy/Number Two," "Unwilling Accomplice" and "Causes" were screened at the Bedford Film Series. Most recently "The Mortality Game" has come up BIG in the Spring of 2018 Winning Top Honors at: River Bend, Global Grit and Reel HeART Film Festivals.
