Echo Train
Does social media really bring us closer, or make us more lonely than ever? What is real? Through a poetic yet perplexing journey, an ambivalent-minded young man is haunted by interactions with a seemingly mundane yet mysterious girl that make him (and us) ponder the aforementioned question.

Everyone has a facebook or twitter account now. It seems that social network has brought people closer together than in the past. However, I always question if it is really the case? If we no longer rely on face to face or phone contact to interact with each other, can we really form a complete perception of the others?
Through a simple short story of two persons' interactions based primarily on social network exchange, I attempt to explore the idea of whether social network can actually bring us closer, or is it the other way around?
