Dylan Monroe Thompson is a genre filmmaker from Japan who specializes in DIY, low-budget filmmaking.

He received his BFA in Film from the University of Central Florida, and has directed over 30 short films, often working with shoestring budgets and wearing multiple hats on set.

His films have screened at a variety of festivals, including the 15 Second Horror Film Challenge, the Florida Film Festival, LA Comedy Fest, GenreBlast, Pensacon, Austin After Dark, LSF Micro Film Festival, and Oregon Scream Week.

Dylan has dipped his toes into a variety of genres, but horror is his first love.

He currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
