Dragon's Tail

Four Bulgarian friends and climbers are on an expedition to the Patagonian Andes with the goal of making the first Bulgarian ascent of Cerro Torre. After an year of training and preparation the team spends two months in Patagonia trying to ascent this prominent peak but the harsh winds and weather conditions push them back in despair. After a number of failed attempts and injuries, when everything seems to be lost the team finds a way to summit Poincenot, Cerro Torre, and even push a new route on the north face of El Mocho.

Director Biography - Rus Vakrilov

Ruslan Vakrilov is an extreme photographer and one of the most recognized climbing and extreme filmmakers in Bulgaria. His short documentaries about the Bulgarian climbing scene are very well accepted by the Bulgarian audience. His most recognized films are "Extreme Classics", "Granite Alps" and "Dancing Hip Hop".
