Lucky Bailey began working on the idea of Dine n' Dashians in 2017, but it really took on a life when she started taking classes at Los Angeles City College for TV & film production. She worked on the treatment and rewrote the first pilot episode in 2021. She also met Bernadette in one of the production classes at LACC and they instantly knew they wanted to work on each others film projects. Lucky was tackling many of the jobs and needed someone to be her eyes while she was in front of the camera. Being Director and Talent is nearly impossible so she offered the position as an associate director on her film. They worked hard filming it over a weekend shoot... and then Lucky took over from there with making music, editing, sound designing, and the works.
It was an incredible experience.
