Director Biography - SELAM EMRE DAĞITMAZ

Selam Emre Dağıtımaz was born in Diyarbakır on 17.01.1992. He graduated from Bingöl University Electronic Communication Technologies Department. After settling in Istanbul in 2015, he did his first professional job in 2017 while publishing his book, Beginning to Disappear. In 2018, he shot 2 amateur short films. He made his first professional shoot in 2019 with his short film İKİLEM. IKILEM Short Film Lions has been among the top 20 films in the 10th International Short Film Competition. With his short film digital loneliness, he also managed to get four accolades at international festivals.
The film İÇİMDEKİ SES, whose shooting was completed in 2022, won official distinction from 16 festivals.
While receiving the Silver award from the EUROPEAN INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL, it won 6 awards.
