Founded in 2011, the annual DC Palestinian Film and Arts Festival (DCPFAF) is a 501c3 nonprofit, volunteer-run enterprise that showcases the work of Palestinian filmmakers and artists around the world to audiences in the Washington DC metro area.

By submitting to the DC Palestinian Film and Arts Festival (DCPFAF), you agree with the following rules and terms:

ELIGIBILITY AND RULES
• One of the following roles in the production of the film MUST be filled by a person who self-identifies as Palestinian and may be living anywhere in Palestine or around the world in the diaspora:
—Writer
—Director
—Producer
• All foreign language entries MUST be subtitled in English
• All screeners should be password-protected and NOT publicly unavailable for viewing
• Shorts must be 40 min. or less / Features must not exceed 120 min.
• Preference to DC-premiere status
• Films made in 2018, 2019, or 2020 are preferred, however older films are welcome and may be selected.
• If possible, please submit an Electronic Press Kit (EPK), 2-3 high resolution pictures (300 dpi for print materials), and social media/website links
