Alexandra Guimarães (b.1999) and Gonçalo L. Almeida (b.1998) both completed their degree on Cinema and Audiovisual at Escola Superior Artística do Porto, in 2020. That year they crossed paths and co-directed their first film, “Moss”, which allowed them to debut as directors at Curtas Vila do Conde. Since then, they plan to continue working in a co-creation model.
They were both judges of the Giornate degli Autori competition, at the Venice Film Festival, in 2019 and 2020, respectively.
Currently, they dedicate their time to script writing, directing and film production.
