Experimental stop motion animation
Influences, the experimental animation, the non-iconic painting and the theoretical approach (point-line-level) of the painter Wassily Kandinsky.
The title is a paraphrase of the word synesthesia refers to the cinema, since the first synthetic of the word was replaced by the word cinema (cine), but also to the phenomenon of synesthesia itself. This is because in essence the film functions as a visual improvisation, where it invites the potential performers of the project and its co-creators to improvise by drawing stimuli from the images of the film. In fact, the colors, shapes, media, surfaces that appear and disappear on the screen act as conditions to deal with the improvisations involving the sounds, noises, tones, harmonics, discrepancies that appear in their own eyes.

Director Biography

Brief CV
Education: Degree in Economics, University of Macedonia.
Music Studies / Seminars: Classical guitar and music's theory at the Municipal Conservatory of Xanthi.
In 2012 I attended the summer school organized by the Ionian University, Department of Music Studies entitled "Electronic music and sound interaction", with professors Andrew Mniestris, Theodore Lotis, Giannis Zanos and Filippos Theocharidis.
In 2015 I participated in the experimental music improvisation workshop organized by the composer and improviser PhD Alexis Porpheriadis.
In 2016 I participated in the seminar entitled "Music in between", organized by the associate professor of the Department of Music Studies, AUTh. Danae Stefanou at the Thessaloniki Concert Hall.
Since 2015 I participate in the music improvisation ensemble "6daexit" which deals with free and controlled improvisation (performance of graphic and verbal scores of experimental music composers of the 20th and 21st century). In the following years, 2016 until today, I participated with the group in a series of festivals (Dimitria 2017, Multeece 2017, Openday May'68, “Music Bridge” an association program of the Onassis stegi Foundation and Panteion University Vol.4, European Music Day 2019 - Enclosures-Pass-Throughs / T.C.H. , Openday 2020 - Music ecologies.
