The film festival, organized by the Youth Advisory Board of the Eurasian Creative Guild (ECG) under the leadership of Liudmila Vojevodina, is a unique platform open to young talents aged 11–15 and 16–22, as well as students of film schools and creative universities, regardless of nationality, country of residence, or religious affiliation.

This inclusive approach provides talented young filmmakers with the opportunity to showcase their work and engage with the global film community.

The festival offers young creatives a space to express their artistic vision, share their stories, and connect with industry professionals. It is a valuable opportunity for the next generation of filmmakers to gain recognition and inspire others with their unique perspectives.

Through this festival, ECG aims to encourage and celebrate the diversity of young voices in cinema, nurturing a new creative generation.

The main prize is awarded in the category:
- Best implementation of the theme (idea) on screen.

The finalist films will be shown at the 2nd International Eurasian Youth Film Festival "CINEMA FUTURE" within the framework of the BISFF film festival in Burabay (Kazakhstan) from November 28 to December 2, 2025.

Winners in each category will be awarded diplomas in recognition of their outstanding achievements.

A thematic article about the laureates who won 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places will be published on the British news site Eurasianstar at https://www.eurasianstar.com.

All competition participants will be awarded diplomas for their participation. The diplomas will be sent to the participants via email provided at registration.

The results of the competition will be announced across all official social networks of the Eurasian Creative Guild (Facebook and Instagram).

1. Eligibility
The film festival is open to young people in two age categories: 11-14 years and 15-22 years, regardless of nationality, country of residence, and religious affiliation.

2. Film submission rules
- The film must be an original work, and participants must have all necessary rights to the content.
- The maximum film length should not exceed 10 minutes.
- Film languages: English, Russian. Films submitted in other languages must be accompanied by subtitles in English or Russian.
- Applications must be submitted through the online platform FilmFreeway by August 31, 2025.
- Entry fee: $10 early deadline until April 15, 2025
$20 regular deadline until June 15, 2025
$30 late deadline until August 31, 2025
Guild members (youths 11-22 years old) participate in the contest for free.The organizing committee sends a promo code.
3. Selection process
All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of experts from September 1 to September 30, 2025.
Selected finalist films will be showcased at the festival. The competition results will be sent to participants via the email provided during registration.
4. Rights
By submitting a film, participants grant the festival the right to showcase their work during the event and to feature the winning film on the festival's YouTube channel, "Cinema Future."
5. Publicity
Festival organizers reserve the right to use excerpts from submitted films for promotional purposes.
6. Acceptance of Terms
Instructions for uploading a video to the competition:
- A parent/teacher must register on the FilmFreeway platform, providing their details and those of the minor participant or group of filmmakers, and upload the film in MP4 format.
This registration will confirm that the parent/educator takes full responsibility for the actions of the minor participant and gives their consent for their participation in the competition.
