Growing up in China, Wenqing’s passion for acting led her to pursue a career as an actress. After completing her bachelor’s degree, Wenqing as the leading actress acted in at least 15 drama shows, which included the National Centre for the Performing Arts， The Royal Opera House， and San Francisco Opera, co-produced the world-level show ‘Andrea Chenier’. She also acted in several television shows, advertisements, and independent films. It was in working as an actress that Wenqing was bitten by the film bug.

In 2019, Wenqing headed to Los Angeles and received her master’s degree at New York Film Academy in Filmmaking. Since coming to LA, she has worked in lots of short film productions, like line producer of The Cure, co-producer of Wake Up, unit production manager of MARrY...

In 2022, Wenqing directed her first short film, Breaking Dawn. And she is currently the producer in charge of two completed independent feature film distributions.
