Cassandre Émanuel is an director, actress, author from Abitibi, in Quebec, the french portion of Canada. Since her theatrical studies at Collège Lionel-Groulx in 2012, she has been involved as an actress in several short, long film and projects. She staged "L'Épitaphe" and "D'espoir de mourir maigre" production of "La Tournure" and, "Le jeu du mort" by Francis Parisot, production nominated for the prize for the best French production Fringe 2015. She as writed and directed "Monsieur Victor", who won the prize for the best French production at the Fringe Festival 2012, as well as "Et les amoureux auront des cataractes" and immersive play in a Montreal loft. In cinema, she directed the short film "Brandy" written by Catherine-Audrey-Lachapelle, as well as ''Les jumeaux dizygotes''. With the collective Salut Poivre, she co-directed the short film "Les Dents" and "Couvre-feu.mov" as part of the Festival des DocuMenteurs de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue. She also directed several music-video.
