Anastasiya Kharchenko was born in Bendery, Soviet Republic of Moldova. She graduated from the Film and Television Іnstitute of the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts in 2004, with a specialization in Film and TV Directing. She is a member of the National Union of Cinematography of Ukraine since 2008, and works as a TV and film director.
