Axel was born and raised in Havana, Cuba. Since his early teens, Axel has been involved with cameras and storytelling. His films have screened at festivals in Canada, France, Chile, Sweden and Cuba. Film is one of his greatest passions, but he also loves music, photography and social media. From the streets of Havana, to the beaches of Hawaii, Axel has traveled the world making movies and photographing some of the coolest places on the planet.
