Michael "Ffish" Hemschoot
A veteran of the Hollywood animation and vfx community, who graduated in 1995 from the renowned California Institute of the Arts, School of Film-Video/Character Animation program.
Along with Travelin’ Productions, Michael is also the founder of a Colorado-based Animation and Visual Effects company, Worker Studio.
Michael has been fortunate enough to work closely with some of the most accomplished directors in modern cinema, including as Pre-visualization Lead for Peter Weir on the film, Master and Commander – The Far Side of the World.
Sean Bridgers
Sean Bridgers is an award-winning filmmaker. He wrote, starred in, and produced the independent dramatic feature Paradise Falls, winner of the Best Feature award in six major U.S. film festivals.
Sean has gained success as an actor in Hollywood. He appeared as a series regular on HBO’s critically acclaimed Deadwood, and has also been seen in feature films such as The Woman, Sweet Home Alabama and Nell, as well as co-starring in the upcoming EPIX series GET SHORTY.
The footage used in crafting this web mini-series was shot over three days (and nights) one chilly March weekend. The intention was to craft a kick-ass teaser for our feature film project of the same title, which we did, screening it at the Little Rock Film Festival, and others, to some fanfare.
Since then, the feature film has seen many fits and starts, and not yet made it's way into production. Scrubbing through some of the footage last year, we decided, "Screw it, let's do something else with all of these great performances..." And, just like that, a mini-series was born...
