This experimental short documentary film poses questions about the pasts, presents, and futures that are embedded in the built environment of the city. Exploring sites that bring people together, it shows the centrality of these functional buildings to city life and experience, while questioning what happens when they lose the people that inhabit them. Switching between foreboding and playful, it aims to create a fragmented compilation that reflects the 21st century urban experience.
