All that Moves International Film Festival

- Our film festival is organised annually.
- All that Moves International Film Festival (ATMF) accepts all films that have been completed within the past 6 years, meaning after January 1st, 2018 for the 2024 edition.
- Films can be from all languages but must have subtitles in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
- For a project to participate on the day of the live exhibition it must contain a separate SRT file for subtitles in English, Portuguese or Spanish. The subtitle file should be synchronized and accurately timed to match the dialogue and audio of your film.
- Winners in each category will be announced on "Notification day", which is specified on the FilmFreeway website.
- There are no premiere requirements.
- All winners receive the All that Moves International Film Festival laurel and certificate.
- All projects officially selected receive the All that Moves International Film Festival laurel.
- The All that Moves International Film Festival reserves the right to refuse entries.
- Every entry/submission will be judged based on its directing, acting, technical, and artistic merits, as related to the submission. The decision of the jury committee will be final.
- Multiple entries from the same submitter are accepted, but a separate submission and a separate entry fee must accompany each entry.
- Submissions fees are non-refundable.
- ATMF will not refund any fees if the filmmaker fails to submit the film in the correct category. Films submitted without the correct fees or proper submission media may be deemed ineligible at the discretion of the ATMF programming director or executive director. The festival does not cover any of the expenses incurred by the filmmaker.
- The burden of obtaining copyright and all proprietary interests for the submitted material rests solely on the applicant.
- The entrant / submitter / moviemaker hereby certifies that he possesses the right(s) and all of the proper clearances to submit the film, including, but not limited to image rights, talent releases, soundtrack and/or source music releases; and assumes all responsibility for their material. The All that Moves International Film Festival accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for any movie submitted to the festival.
- ATMF may without advance notice amend these Rules & Terms from time to time. Each and every such amendment shall become effective immediately. It is your responsibility to periodically check for updates of these Rules & Terms.

REGRAS
- Nosso festival de cinema é organizado anualmente.
- All that Moves International Film Festival (ATMF) aceita todos os filmes que foram concluídos nos últimos 6 anos, ou seja, após 1º de janeiro de 2018 para a edição de 2024.
- Os filmes podem ser em todos os idiomas, mas devem ter legendas em inglês, espanhol e português. Exceto para filmes nacionais.
- Para que um projeto participe no dia da exibição ao vivo deverá conter um arquivo SRT separado para legendas em inglês, português ou espanhol. O arquivo de legenda deve ser sincronizado e cronometrado com precisão para corresponder ao diálogo e ao áudio do seu filme.
- Os vencedores em cada categoria serão anunciados no "Dia da notificação", que é especificado no site FilmFreeway.
- Não há requisitos de estréia.
- O All that Moves International Film Festival reserva-se o direito de recusar inscrições.
- Todas as inscrições serão julgadas com base em seus méritos de direção, atuação, técnicos e artísticos, conforme relacionado à inscrição. A decisão do júri será final.
- Várias inscrições do mesmo autor são aceitas, mas uma inscrição separada e uma taxa de inscrição separada devem acompanhar cada inscrição.
- As taxas de inscrição não são reembolsáveis.
- A ATMF não reembolsará nenhuma taxa caso o cineasta não envie o filme na categoria correta. Os filmes enviados sem as taxas corretas ou a mídia de inscrição adequada podem ser considerados inelegíveis a critério do diretor de programação ou diretor executivo da ATMF. O festival não cobre nenhuma das despesas do cineasta.
- O ônus de obter os direitos autorais e todos os interesses proprietários do material enviado recai exclusivamente sobre o requerente.
- O participante / apresentador / cineasta certifica que possui o (s) direito (s) e todas as autorizações adequadas para enviar o filme, incluindo, mas não se limitando a direitos de imagem, lançamentos de talentos, trilha sonora e / ou lançamentos de música de origem; e assume toda a responsabilidade por seu material. O Festival Internacional de Cinema All That Moves não se responsabiliza, financeiramente ou não, por qualquer filme inscrito no festival.
- ATMF pode, sem aviso prévio, alterar estas Regras e Termos de tempos em tempos. Toda e qualquer emenda entrará em vigor imediatamente. É sua responsabilidade verificar periodicamente as atualizações destas Regras e Termos.
