Private Project

a little bit of light

This is a film about hope, and finding beauty in the small things.

It is also a film about how depression can warp your mind, and how this is also exacerbated by the constant desire for comparison. Rather than sitting within this, this film shows a small but effective technique about how a change of perspective can provide some respite during the battle one can have with mental health struggles. By the end of the film, Amira is better - not ‘cured’, but able to make it through the day, which sometimes, is simply enough.
