- Eligibility Criteria:

Films from all around the World must be created with the assistance of AI technology, either in part or in their entirety.
Entrants must own or have rights to all aspects of the film, including music, visuals, and any third-party content.

- Film Specifications:

No limitation of lenght.

Acceptable formats for submission include MP4, AVI, and MOV.
Films must be in HD quality or higher...

- Submission Process:

Filmmakers must register on the official festival website, FilmFreeway, to upload their work.
Each submission must include a brief description of the film, specifying how AI was used in its creation.
A non-refundable submission fee must be paid online at the time of submission.

- Language and Subtitles:

Films can be in any language but must include English subtitles if not presented in English.

- Judging and Awards:

All films will be reviewed by a panel of judges including AI experts and film industry professionals.
Criteria for judging will include creativity, use of AI technology, narrative structure, technical execution, and overall impact, etc ...
Awards will be given in multiple categories, with special attention given to innovative uses of AI.

Some Awards of the special categories are optional & depending on the submissions.

- Rights and Permissions:

By submitting a film, filmmakers grant the festival the right to use clips, stills, and titles of the film for promotional purposes.
Filmmakers retain all other rights to their work and are responsible for the content they submit.

- Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to uphold standards of professionalism and respect throughout the festival.

By submitting your video, you affirm that your team holds all necessary rights to the content and that its use does not infringe on any third-party rights or require additional fees. The submission must not contain offensive or unlawful material, violate any rights, or promote harmful or discriminatory behaviour.

Violations may lead to disqualification and you agree to indemnify the AI Film Awards from any legal issues arising from these breaches.

Any form of plagiarism, disrespect, or violation of the rules may result in disqualification and removal from the festival.
