Aguacate
Andrés sells avocados around the neighborhood to save up money for a gift for his school crush, Mariela. During his journey he meets and old man whom he begins to create a bond with. Andrés proves that life takes unexpected turns.

Born in San Francisco, CA of Puerto Rican and Guatemalan descent, Jasmine Castañeda moved to San Juan, PR at a young age where she grew up with a drive and passion for the arts. She recently completed her BA in Communications at San Juan's Universidad del Sagrado Corazón, with a major in Digital Film Production and minor in Graphic Design. In hopes of expanding her knowledge, Jasmine spent the Spring 2016 semester as an exchange student at the University of New Orleans where she produced and directed her first short documentary titled "The Market on Frenchmen". Her most recent fiction short titled "Aguacate" has been recognized in various festivals in Puerto Rico and the US. She currently works as a freelance graphic designer and videographer in San Juan, PR.
