A Film On Film
Because everybody is naked at some point in their life.
This short 6min documentary film shot on super 8mm in black and white follows the creative practice of internationally awarded artist and portrait photographer Selina Mayer. Faced with the dilemma that the images will find new meaning beyond her intention once they are released into the world; she approaches nude her subject. We are asked if there is a link between the sexualisation of the nude form and the ease in which we acquire images in the digital age.
