Director Biography - Jaszmin Kuhner

Hey there, I am Jaszmin but you may call me Jasz! I am from the Chicagoland area where I graduated from Purdue University in 2014. While at Purdue I was the Director for the college talk show "The Calumet Roundtable" which airs on Ion Television. I have worked hard to obtain a BA in communication broadcast with a minor in graphic arts technology. Since graduating I have work for TV shows like, Judge Mathis, NBC's First Dates, VH1's Basketball Wives and America's Got Talent.

I currently love living in the Los Angeles area where I am continuing my passions working in media. I also have personal interest that have been in development. I started my own natural/organic body products company and produced some tutorials on my YouTube channel, where you can see how my products are made. I also draw and write cartoons for children . I strive to be one of the most world renowned female Director's! My passions are reflected in video production, post-production, design, and script writing. In the 2014 BEA (broadcast education association) Competition, I received a first place script-writing award for show spec.

Media is my passion because you get the opportunity to work with so many amazing people with a common goal of making the best production possible and to be quite honest it's fun! The feeling of being on set, in the studio, the environment itself is where I love to be. Making people feel good behind and infant of the camera is what I do! I have worked really hard to prepare myself for a career in production. It's a guarantee that I will be successful and get the job done right, with a smile on my face because I love what I do.
