A Devil's Game
“Bigg Boy” Simms and his gang always throw the flashiest parties with the best drugs. When Bigg’s supply runs dry resulting in serious debt, the collectors threaten his girlfriend Julia’s life and leave him desperate for a way out. Anthony, (Bigg’s right-hand man) convinces him that his saving “grace” is to start dealing a different kind of lucrative product – girls. The plan unravels quickly when Julia unknowingly becomes involved and a deadly cat-and-mouse game is sparked, forcing everyone to pick a side and deal with the consequences.
A take on the Faustian Bargain, ‘A Devil’s Game’ intricately explores the gray area between good and evil and the personal price for which one can be bought.

OFFICIAL SELECTION
Paul grew up in Northern California, but has traveled and experienced much of the country, living in New York, Alaska, Washington, and many places in between. After helping a friend produce a short film in his early college years, Paul was bitten by the film bug and pursued a film degree at San Francisco State University. Upon graduating, he proceeded to complete three award-winning short films; Left Turn Jesus (2003), Simply Murder (2004), and Letters from Purgatory (2007). In 2005 Paul moved to Los Angeles to pursue bigger goals, and worked in the industry for several years on many projects large and small, in many different departments. Although he developed a unique versatile skill set, Paul came to the realization that in order to achieve his dream of being a Director, he’d have to make it happen for himself by writing the next great script. When he moved to Arizona in 2008 to be closer to family, he inked his pen and went to work. "A Devil's Game" is Paul’s debut as a Director on a Feature Film.
