"Home" talks about the encounter of two lost souls, two marginalized people that stumble upon one another, recognize themselves, comfort themselves, and let themselves go, relieved by this moment of deep communion.

Valentina Tomada was born in Rome, where she graduated in Foreign Literature at Sapienza University. Her interest in theater starts when she is still very young. After directing and acting in several plays - some written by her - and after acting in many tv series, she chooses a different narrative language, the short movie. Her stories always deal with social issues, often with an ironic and grotesque touch.
"Loop", her first short movie, deals with Alzheimer; "Un piccolo cambio di programma" talks about the discrimination towards women, often perpetrated by other women. "A casa", her third short movie, talks about the encounter of two lonely and isolate people, that together finally find hope, smiles, and warmth. They're finally "home".
Every movie is self-produced.
