The Farewell
"The Farewell" is a short film by Steve Luxembourg and August Freytag about a child fleeing from a religious ceremony, hiding on a secluded hill, deep within the forest. He mechanically tries to find solace at first but decided instead to finally rid himself of the weights imposed on him by his family and relatives. During his escape, his mind stumbles through the engraved experiences of his past, accompanied by the devil himself.
