Zeke Finn - Long Story Short
Long Story Short" brings a heartbreakingly catchy offering about love, loss, and moving on, featured on Netflix's "Down to Earth" with Zac Efron.
The video for "Long Story Short" is a visual story of remembrance, acceptance, and rising from the ashes. A personal story that is relatable to many. It builds on a three-act structure that portrays Zeke's journey from darkness to rebirth.
The making of the music video might be just as interesting as the song. The production was set to take place in Sweden, but when Victor Palm, who was set to operate as the cinematographer, got Covid, and Director René couldn't travel, the whole video was shot with both of them on a link. The artist Zeke Finn was sent on his own, from the US, for his first visit to the Swedish countryside. The Swedish team were quick to scramble the lineup, find replacements and accommodate Zeke. Everything built up to the three intense days of shooting the music video, directed by both Victor and René on Ipads and Iphones across the continent.
