Zeina Bukhari is a multimedia artist well versed in 2D and 3D animation, illustration, film, and design. Originally from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Zeina has spent most of her life living abroad.
She obtained her BSc. in Information Technology with a specialty of Interactive Multimedia and Design at Carleton University in Ottawa, where finished her senior thesis Retrograde, a VFX short film. Zeina has currently completed her MFA in Computer Arts at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she created her 2D animated Thesis project, Uprooted.
Currently, Zeina is working with her twin brother on building Abqar, an art collective for Saudi creatives.
