Zhao Jingyi is an independent film producer from northern China. I was born and raised in a rural area and am passionate about human rights issues, especially for marginalized people.Have been looking for new possibilities in movies and a breakthrough in my perception of making movies. Born in the bottom of rural China, I have witnessed all kinds of things in the world, and I hope to use my movie to explore human emotions, time, memories, and self.
Childhood memories of life and death are the richest and most persistent, as well as the most frightening. I want to blur the boundary between life and death through my sister's perspective, to face life and death openly, so that the memory and love for our loved ones can become the scenery in the eternal mirror, with a perspective of infinite extension. The whole film starts from my sister's memory and imagination, we make a collage of images by ourselves through perception.
